Baithul Izza Arts & Science College

Baithul Izza Arts & Science College is located in Narikkuny, which is out in the Kozhikode district. We’ve got a decent-sized campus here. It’s mostly students from the surrounding villages who come for their degrees in arts or science. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed, especially compared to the city. We have a few buildings for classrooms and a library that stays fairly quiet. It’s not a high-tech facility, just the basic stuff you need to study. The staff here are locals who’ve been around for years. We don’t do much advertising; people usually know about us because their older siblings came here. We have some trees around where students hang out between their classes. Sometimes the monsoon rains make things a bit messy, but we manage. The offices are small and filled with files. We just handle the admissions and the exams as they come. It’s a very standard college life. We don’t have a big corporate feel at all. It’s more like a community spot where young people gather to get their education. We’re situated right in Narikkuny, and everyone knows the way. No big slogans or promises here, just a place to get through your courses and get your certificate. We've stayed at this Narikkuny location for as long as I can remember. We try to keep the canteen stocked with some snacks for the afternoon break.
