Sri Arunachala Sprouts

We are based in Nayapura, right across from the Pankaj Hotel. It’s a good landmark to find us by. Sri Arunachala Sprouts is where we spend our mornings and afternoons. Working with sprouts means we have to keep a close eye on the clock and the temperature. It’s a different kind of pace compared to the busy workshops nearby. Our space is kept as clean as we can manage, given the nature of the work. It’s mostly about cleaning, soaking, and packing. We aren't some big food processing plant, just a local setup doing things the old way. You might see us unloading bags of grain or setting out trays. Nayapura is a busy area, but our little corner feels a bit more focused on the task at hand. We don't have any big signs or neon lights, just the name on the door. People who live nearby know where we are. We don't spend money on ads or anything like that because we’re usually busy enough just handling the daily batches. Sometimes things go wrong with a batch and we have to start over, but that’s just how it goes. It’s simple, honest work that keeps us moving.
