Food Court Kabab Corner

You can find us at Vallabh Nagar right on CAD Road. We mostly focus on kababs and a few other things on the grill. It's a food court setup, so it's pretty casual. People usually stop by in the evenings when it gets a bit cooler outside. The grill stays hot for most of the night. We use coal for the fire because that's how we’ve always done it. It gets a bit smoky around the stall sometimes. We serve the food on simple plates. Most of our customers are just people passing by on CAD Road who want a quick bite. There are a few tables nearby if you want to stand and eat. We don't have a big menu, just the items we know how to make well. The meat comes in fresh every day and we spend the afternoon prepping it. It’s not a quiet place, there’s usually music playing from somewhere and the sound of cars going by. We aren't trying to be a five-star place. We are just a local spot for folks who like grilled food. Sometimes we run out of certain items early if it’s a busy Friday. The staff consists of a couple of us who have been working together for a long time. It’s a straightforward business and we stay busy until late. Vallabh Nagar is a decent spot for us. We just keep the coal burning and wait for the customers to come through. It's a lot of heat, but we are used to it by now.
