Nanada,S Home Deliwery

We operate out of Plot No. 50 in Jawahar Nagar, Kota. Nanada,S Home Deliwery is basically a small kitchen where we spend all day preparing meals for people to eat at home or in their hostels. Since we are in the District Center area, there are a lot of students around here who don't have time to cook for themselves. The 324001 area is famous for that. Our day starts really early, getting the vegetables from the market and starting the big pots of dal on the stoves. We don't have a dining area where people can sit and eat. Everything we make gets packed into plastic containers and sent out on scooters. It gets pretty chaotic around lunchtime when all the delivery boys are trying to get their bags loaded up and get the addresses right. The kitchen is crowded with boxes and packing tape and there is always something being chopped. We don't have a fancy website or a professional logo to show off. Most people just have our phone number saved and call us when they want food. We try to keep the menu simple so we can get things delivered on time to the students. Sometimes the weather in Rajasthan makes it hard, especially when it’s raining or too hot, but the deliveries have to go out anyway. It’s a lot of coordination between the cooks and the boys. We just focus on getting the food packed and out.
