Al Kareem Fried Chicken

We are over here at Shop No-4 in PIP Vigyan Nagar, right near the Esi Hospital on Jhalawar Road. This spot in Kota usually stays quite busy because of all the people coming and going from the hospital and the shops nearby. It is a small place but we keep it clean. Mostly, it is just us back in the kitchen getting things ready before the lunch rush starts. We do not have fancy chairs or anything, just basic stuff that works for a meal. The chicken comes in fresh every morning and we spend a lot of time cleaning it and getting the spices right. Sometimes it gets a bit smoky when the fryers are going full tilt, but that is just how it is in a fried chicken shop. People from the neighborhood drop by, mostly students from the coaching centers and workers from the nearby offices. We try to keep the wait times down, but when it is crowded, it takes a few extra minutes. It gets really hot in the summer here in Kota, so the fans are always on high. There is not much to say about us other than we are here most of the day, seven days a week. We focus on the food and making sure the oil is changed often. If you are walking down Jhalawar Road, you can usually smell the frying from a bit away. It is just a simple shop where we do our work and go home.
