We've been at 50-A, Jaihind Nagar for a good while now. It's right in the Police Line area on Baran Road in Kota. Most days here start pretty early because the cooking takes time. Being behind Modern Public School means we hear the kids during the day, which is just part of the routine. We handle a lot of catering stuff around the neighborhood. Sometimes it gets really crowded in the kitchen when we have big orders. We just focus on getting the food right and making sure the stove stays hot. It's not a fancy setup, just a practical one. Most people find us because they know the area well. The streets around here can be narrow, so parking the delivery van takes a bit of skill. We’ve seen a lot of changes in the 324001 area over the years. Some days are quieter than others, but during the wedding months, things get very hectic. We don't really do much advertising because the work speaks for itself. It is just us and a few helpers making sure things go where they need to go. If the rice is cooked and the spice is right, then we've done our job. It takes a lot of lifting and moving boxes around. It is just honest work that keeps us busy from morning until late at night. Sometimes we sit outside for a tea break when the sun goes down and the kitchen is finally clean.
