Our place is over at 305 Rajeev Gandhi Nagar here in Kota. It’s just a regular setup where we focus on food tech and farming stuff. Dr. Kulmi started this because he knows a lot about how food should be handled and grown properly. We aren't a big factory or anything like that, mostly just a small team working out of this office. Kota is famous for its coaching and students, but there's a whole lot of agriculture work happening too if you look closely. We spend our days looking at different ways to improve how crops are processed after they come out of the ground. Sometimes the office gets really crowded with samples and stacks of paperwork. We don't use big words to describe what we do. It's just about making food better and using some basic technology to help the process along. It can be a bit slow some days, then really busy the next when a new batch of ideas comes in. We get people dropping by to ask about our methods, which is just our way of saying how we do things. It's not fancy at all. The address is easy to find if you're in the neighborhood. We've been here for a while now, just doing our thing. It's honest work and we try to keep it simple for everyone.
