About Burhani Stones – Building & Construction Material in Kota
We have been operating at Plot No. 20/253 for a good while now. Working with stone is heavy work and it gets dusty pretty quick around Itia Road No. 6. We mostly spend our time moving slabs and making sure the cuts are what people asked for. It is not a glamorous job. My hands are usually covered in stone dust by noon. We started with just a couple of machines and a lot of heavy lifting. Now we have a bit more space but the daily grind stays the same. You have to be careful with stone because one wrong move and a whole slab cracks. We see a lot of builders and homeowners coming through the yard. Some know exactly what they want and others just want to look around the stacks. It gets loud here with the saws running all day. We try to keep things organized but a stone yard is always a bit of a mess. That is just the nature of the business. We do not have a big sales team, just us guys working the plot and loading the trucks. If the weather is bad, it slows us down, but we push through. It is a local operation and we like it that way. Most of our tools have been with us for years and we just keep them oiled and keep working. It is honest work and it puts food on the table. We are just glad to be busy.
