Ajay Stone Industries

We are located at E-(137)(C) in the I.P.I.A area, right on Road No. 5. This is a heavy industrial part of town, so it’s always noisy with factories and trucks passing by. Ajay Stone Industries has been operating from this shed for a long time. We have saws running frequently to cut through the big blocks of stone we get in from the quarries. The air usually smells like wet rock and diesel from the machines. It’s not a place for a Sunday stroll, but it’s where the real work happens every day. We don't have a showroom with fancy lights or chairs. Instead, we have stacks of cut stone and crates ready for shipping out to clients. Most of our customers are builders or other traders who know exactly what they are looking for when they arrive. We spend our time managing the cutting schedules and making sure the quality of the stone edges is decent enough for the jobs. Road No. 5 is pretty busy, so we have to be careful when we are loading up the flatbeds in the morning. It’s a straightforward industrial setup. We arrive early, start the machines, and keep going until the work for the day is finished. Sometimes we have to stay late if a big order comes in and needs to be ready by tomorrow. We’ve grown used to the dust and the noise over the years. It is just how we make our living.
