B R Modal Senior Secondary School

We are located at 21 Shankar Colony, right off SSB Road in Sriganganagar. Since we are in Rajasthan, the weather is often very hot, so we rely on thick walls and old ceiling fans to keep the classrooms decent. This is a senior secondary school, so the vibe is a bit more serious than a primary school. The students are older and most of them are busy worrying about their board exams and future plans. You will often see groups of them studying in the corridors or sitting on the wooden benches during their lunch break. Our office stays busy with all the paperwork that comes with running a school in Sriganganagar. We have been here for a good number of years and the colony has grown quite a bit in that time. The building itself is a solid, no-nonsense structure made of brick. It doesn't have any of that shiny glass you see on new buildings. Inside, the desks are well-worn and have been used by many students over the years. We don't have any big mission statements or marketing goals; we just want the students to show up, do their lessons, and pass their exams. The teachers are mostly local folks who walk or cycle to the school every morning. It is a very practical, local operation and we just try to keep things organized for everyone.
