Sobhana Farms Pvt. Ltd. is located right in Kilikolloor, and we have been operating from here for quite some time. It is a straightforward farming business, and we do not try to make it sound like anything more than it is. Most days start early with a walk around the property to see how things are growing. We have a small team of local workers who have been with us for years, and we all just pitch in wherever it is needed. The office is just a small room with a fan that clicks and a lot of old files. We do not really go for the corporate look because dirt and grease are part of the job. Kilikolloor has its own charm, and being based here means we are close to the people we work with every day. Sometimes the equipment breaks down or the rain does not come when we need it, which can be stressful. We just deal with those problems as they pop up. We are not trying to change the world; we are just trying to run a decent farm and make sure the produce is good enough to sell. You won't find us wearing suits or using big words. We talk about seeds, fertilizer, and the cost of electricity. It is a practical life, and while it isn't always easy, there is a certain satisfaction in seeing things grow from the ground up. It is our life, and we are happy to keep it simple.
