Milkberg Dairy Farmer'S Producer Company is a group of us working together. We are located at T.P.Iii/367 on EK Road, Meera Bhavan. That’s in Naduthery, Thalavoor, down in the Kollam district. Since we are a producer company, it’s really about the farmers in this area joining up. We spend a lot of our time coordinating with different people who have their own small dairy setups. It’s not always easy to get everyone on the same page, but we manage. Our office in Thalavoor is where we handle the paperwork and talk about how things are going. Most of us grew up around here and know the local roads and the people. We aren't trying to be some big city corporation. We just want to make sure the dairy farmers in our part of Kollam get a fair shake. The building on EK Road is where we meet up. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when everyone shows up at once. Farming is tough work, especially with milk because it has to be handled so fast. We deal with all the daily headaches that come with that. It’s about keeping the local dairy scene alive and making sure things move along properly. We’ve been at this for a bit now and we’re just regular people trying to make a living from the land and the livestock we have.
