Pathanapuram Farmers Producer Company Limited

If you know the KSRTC Bus Station in Pathanapuram, then you know where we are. We're right across from it in the Aswathy Building, No. 349/17. It’s a busy spot with the buses coming and going all day. Being a farmers producer company means we spend a lot of time talking to local growers. Pathanapuram has a lot of hardworking folks and we try to work together so things are a bit easier on everyone. The office is simple, just some desks and chairs and a lot of talk about crops and prices. College Road gets quite noisy sometimes but we like being where the action is. We started this because it made sense for the farmers here to have a central place. We aren't trying to be some big city corporation. We’re just locals. When someone comes in with a problem about their yield or selling their harvest, we sit down and look at it. It’s practical stuff. Sometimes the tea runs out and we have to send someone across the street. We just keep at it, day by day. It’s about making sure the people who grow the food actually get a fair shake. We’ve been in this building for a bit and it feels like home now. Stop by if you’re near the station, we’re usually around doing something or other. It’s just a regular bunch of us working hard to keep things moving.
