We are based in Kalikkadavu, in the Trikaripurpilicode area. It’s a place where everyone knows everyone else. Our company was started by a group of local farmers who wanted to do something together. We don't have a big corporate headquarters, just a modest building where we meet up. Most of us have been farming since we were old enough to walk. We know the soil in Pilicode like the back of our hands. Some days are long, especially when the sun is beating down on the fields, but we stick together. We don't have any fancy mission statements or marketing gurus. We just want to grow healthy stuff and make a living. The Haritham in our name means green, and that is what we try to do. We keep things simple. If there is a problem, we talk it out over some coffee. It’s a practical way to run a business. The people here are hard-working and don't have time for fluff. We focus on the crops and the people who buy them. Sometimes the market prices go up and down, which can be stressful, but having the company helps us stay steady.
