Rock Garden Granites And Crushersprivate Limited is located out by Rohinikakkodu P.O. in Punalur. It’s a bit of a drive to get out here, but that’s where the work is. We spend our days dealing with the crushers and the granite. It is a noisy environment, but it’s what we know. The dust gets everywhere, on the trucks, the machinery, and our clothes, but nobody really minds. We’ve got a group of local workers who show up early every day to get the machines warmed up. Punalur can get pretty hot, so we try to get the heaviest work done before the midday sun is right overhead. We don't have a big fancy office or a marketing team. It’s just us, some heavy equipment, and a lot of rock. People around here know us as a place that just does its job without making a fuss. We have had our share of breakdowns and delays, but that’s part of the trade when you’re dealing with this kind of heavy stuff. We focus on keeping the crushers running and making sure the trucks can get in and out of the yard without getting stuck. It’s a basic life, but it’s steady. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We just provide the materials and keep the site going as best as we can through the seasons. It’s just a normal local operation.
