Zulu Garments

Zulu Garments is located in Sumangal Height, specifically at 342 Ac-94a in Kestopur. It's an interesting spot because it's part of a taller building, so we see a lot of people coming in and out. Kestopur is always crowded and there is always something happening on the street. We’ve been set up here for a bit now. Inside, it's mostly just racks and sewing stations. It can get a little cramped when we have a lot of material delivered. We don't have a big sign or anything like that. People mostly know us from the neighborhood. Some days are really busy and the machines don't stop till late. Other days, we sit and drink tea while waiting for the next batch of fabric to arrive. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but we’re usually too busy to worry about that. We just focus on the clothes. It’s a job like any other. The sun hits the front windows in the afternoon and makes it pretty warm inside. We try to keep things organized, but it doesn't always stay that way. Being in Kestopur means there is always noise from the rickshaws and bikes outside. You get used to it after a few weeks. We are just a small team working out of this space in the building. It works for us and we just keep going day by day. Every garment we work on gets our full attention.
