We are based in the Golf Green Urban Complex in Kolkata, specifically at Wib(M), 2/2 in Phase II. If you know South Kolkata, you know Golf Green is quite a green and quiet area compared to the rest of the city. It’s a big complex, so sometimes people get a bit lost looking for the specific block, but once you find Phase II, it’s easier. Xgen Careers has been here for a while now. We work out of this space every day, handling whatever comes our way. It’s not a high-rise office building with glass walls. It’s more of a traditional Kolkata urban setup. We like it here because the surroundings are calm and it helps us focus on the work. The 700095 pin code is what we use for all our mail. Most of us take the local transport or just walk if we live nearby. There is no corporate dress code or anything like that here. We just come in, sit at our stations, and do what needs to be done. The building has that old Kolkata charm, and we’ve made the space our own over the years. It’s just a practical office for a local business. We don't spend much on decorations or fancy signs. The work is what matters to us, and being in Golf Green makes the daily commute a bit more pleasant. The neighbors are mostly families, so it’s a very different vibe than being in the middle of Park Street or Dalhousie.
