A Reputed Recruitment Firm

We are based over at 57 A, Motijheel Avenue in Kolkata. Our office is pretty much what you’d expect from a place that’s been around the 700074 area for some time. We handle a lot of hiring work, mostly just matching folks up with jobs that need doing. It’s a busy street, Motijheel Avenue, and there’s always something going on outside our window. Inside, it’s mostly just us on our phones or computers, trying to keep track of everyone who sends in a resume. We aren’t one of those massive firms with a hundred employees; we’re a smaller team that knows the city well. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power goes out, but we just get back to it when things are running again. People stop by to drop off their papers or just to see if any new roles have come up. We keep a pot of tea going most of the day because the work can get long. It’s not always glamorous, looking through stacks of applications, but it’s what we do. We’ve stayed in this spot because it’s easy for people to reach us from different parts of Kolkata. There isn't much to say about our decor—it’s just desks, chairs, and a lot of filing cabinets. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay organized as best as we can without making things too complicated for ourselves or the people we help.
