We are based at 27B, Basanta Bose Road here in the city of Kolkata. The 700026 area is where we spend almost all of our working days. It is an older part of the city, and our building has that classic look you see everywhere around here. Inside the office, it is just a regular workspace where people try to figure out where different workers should be sent. We handle a lot of workforce stuff on a daily basis. This usually involves looking at long lists and checking off names one by one. People come in all the time looking for work, and companies call us up when they need an extra hand for a project. It is pretty constant from morning until evening. The phone rings a lot, which can be a bit distracting. Sometimes it is hard to keep up with all the paperwork that piles up, but we eventually get through it. We are not big on fancy decorations or expensive rugs. Our space is mostly just functional with desks, filing cabinets, and a small corner where people can sit while they wait. The street outside can get quite crowded and loud, especially during the middle of the day. Most of us have been working together at this address for a long time. We don't need to say much to each other to know what needs to be done next. It is not a very complicated life. We show up, talk to people, and go home.
