You can find us at 7/D A.C. Lane. It’s a small spot, and if you aren’t looking for it, you might walk right past us. Xcaliber Infotech has been tucked away here for a while now. We aren't one of those big tech companies with a hundred floors and a cafeteria. It’s just a few of us in a room with our machines, working on whatever projects come our way. We do a lot of different things related to information technology, but mostly it’s just solving problems that people can't fix themselves. The lane is usually pretty quiet, which is good when you’re trying to focus on something complicated. We don't really have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy brochures for us. Most of our work comes from people who know us or have worked with us before. We just try to be honest about what we can do and how long it will take. Sometimes the work is easy and sometimes it takes all night, but we just stay until it’s done. We like the independence of being a small shop. We don’t have to answer to a board of directors; we just have to make sure the work is right for whoever hired us. It’s a basic setup with some good computers and a lot of coffee to keep us going. If you need something tech-related, we’re usually here, just down the lane, getting on with things. No frills, just the work.
