Voltas Ltd

Our office is right in the village of Hanspukuria, which is in the Nadia district of West Bengal. It is a very local setup for Voltas Ltd, right in the heart of the community. We don't have a street number because everyone around here knows where the post office is, and we are right in that same area. It is a quiet place, surrounded by a lot of trees and open space. Most of our work involves helping people from the nearby villages who need their appliances looked at. We don't have a fancy showroom or a big glass front. It is a simple building that serves as our base. We spend our mornings checking the schedules and seeing which parts have arrived from the bigger cities. The roads around here can be a bit rough during the monsoon, so we have to plan our trips carefully to get to everyone. We are just local people working here, so we speak the same way as everyone else in Hanspukuria. There is no need for big words or complicated explanations. If something is broken, we try to find a way to fix it. If someone needs a new machine, we show them what is available. It is a very basic way of doing business, but it works for us and for the people in Nadia. We open early and stay until the work is finished for the day. It is just a regular part of village life for us here.
