Veeyu Hr Solutions Pvt.Ltd. is based at 18/17, Fern Road in the Ballygunge area of Kolkata. It’s a nice part of town, with a lot of old trees and small lanes. Our office is tucked away there, and it’s a fairly quiet place to work. We spend most of our time dealing with HR stuff, which means a lot of resumes, interviews, and talking to different companies. We don't have a giant staff, just a few of us who have been doing this for years. We know the city well and we know what kind of jobs people are looking for. We don't use fancy software for everything; sometimes just talking to someone face-to-face is better. The office has a bit of a homely feel to it. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea, and there’s always some paperwork that needs filing. We don't try to sound like a huge multinational. We’re just a local business helping other businesses with their people problems. Some days are stressful when we can’t find the right person for a role, but that’s just part of the job. We like the pace of Fern Road. It’s not as chaotic as the main roads. We just keep our heads down, do the work, and try to be as straightforward as we can with everyone who walks through the door.
