Our office is set up in Kolkata, specifically cared for by Mr. Kamal Bhattacharjee. We don’t have a big fancy storefront or a high-rise office building. It’s more of a personal setup where we handle all our HR stuff. Being in West Bengal, we deal with a lot of local folks looking for work or companies needing help with their staff. We spend a lot of time on the phone or going through resumes on our computers. It’s not always the most exciting work, but it’s important to the people we help. Mr. Kamal Bhattacharjee keeps things running smoothly at our location. We don’t really bother with big marketing campaigns or anything like that. Most people hear about us through word of mouth or just finding our address. Kolkata is a big place, so we try to stay focused on our specific corner of the market. The weather can be a bit much in the summer, which makes the office a bit stuffy, but we get through it. We just like to keep things straightforward. If someone needs a job or a company needs a new employee, we just try to bridge that gap. It’s about people, really. We don’t use a lot of big words or complicated processes. We just look at what is needed and try to find a match that works for everyone involved. We’ve been at this for a while and the routine is pretty set now.
