Vedant Fashions Private Limited

We’re up on the 4th floor of the SDF-1 building in Paridhan Garment Park. It’s a bit of a trek up to A501 and A502, but that’s where Vedant Fashions is set up. Being on Canal South Road means we are right in the thick of the industrial side of things. It’s not a quiet place. There is always the sound of machinery and people moving carts around the hallways. We have a lot of space, but it’s filled with rows of sewing stations and cutting tables. It’s a real manufacturing setup, not a fancy boutique. We deal with bulk orders mostly, so the pace can be quite fast during the day. Everyone has their own station and their own job to do. We don’t have time for a lot of fluff or corporate meetings. We just look at the orders for the day and get to work. The windows look out over the canal area, which isn't the prettiest view, but it lets in some light. Lunch breaks are usually spent together in the break area, talking about family or the long commute. The commute can be a bit of a pain with the traffic on 19 Canal South Road, but we all make it in eventually. It’s a solid place to work if you don't mind the noise and the constant movement of fabric. We’ve been operating here for a while and have become a part of the daily rhythm of the Garment Park. It’s just how we live.
