You can find us at 107/1 Park Street, up on the third floor. Being near the Park Street Police Station makes it easy to give directions to people who haven't been here before. This part of Taltala is always moving, so there is never a quiet moment outside. Varima Fashions Private Limited is just a small team of us working in this old building. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the windows rattle when a heavy truck goes by. We spend our days surrounded by rolls of fabric and half-finished projects. It's not the kind of place with a big glass front or a shiny lobby. We just have our work tables and a couple of old chairs for when we need a break. Most of our time goes into checking orders and making sure the patterns are cut right. Sometimes we lose track of time because there’s so much to do. The tea stall downstairs is where we usually end up in the afternoons. It's a bit of a climb to get up here, but the view of the street is okay. We aren't trying to be anything we're not. We just show up, do the work, and go home. It gets hot in the summer, but the ceiling fans do their best. We like the neighborhood even if it’s a bit cramped at times. It feels like home to us now after all these years.
