Vanheusen Store, The Cube Mall, Guwahati

Our store is located in The Cube Mall in Guwahati. It is a lively place where people from all over the city come to shop on the weekends. While the shop is there in Guwahati, we handle the administrative side of things through an address in Kolkata. Specifically, our mailing and billing address is c/o Kalyani Rani Guha at GE46 in the East Kolkata Township. This means our paperwork travels quite a bit between the two cities. At the store in Guwahati, we have a variety of clothes, mostly shirts and formal wear. It is a nice environment with good lighting and mirrors everywhere. Our staff is local and they are very helpful to anyone who walks in looking for a new outfit for a wedding or an interview. We don't have a big corporate mission; we just want people to find clothes that fit them well. The East Kolkata address is much quieter. It is a residential area where we keep all the records and handle the boring side of the business. It is a bit of a strange setup having the shop so far from the office, but it has worked for us for a long time. We manage to keep everything running smoothly despite the distance. We like the energy of the mall in Guwahati and the calm of the township in Kolkata. It is just a normal clothing business trying to do its best.
