It’s kind of funny because our name says Chennai but here we are in Kolkata. We are based out of Santoshpur, specifically in the Modern Park area on Avenue East. It’s a nice enough part of the city, quite green compared to the more crowded centers. The address is 1/6, and it’s a building that fits right in with the others on the block. We’ve been operating from here for a good bit of time. The office itself is pretty basic. We have some desks, a couple of computers, and a lot of paperwork that seems to grow every week. During the day, you can hear the birds in the park nearby, which is a nice change from the traffic noise. We usually bring our lunches from home and eat together at the big table in the back. The power goes out occasionally, but we have a backup that kicks in after a minute or two. It’s not a high-rise office with glass walls, just a solid brick building. Most people find us by looking for the park first. We don't really do much in the way of decoration. There might be a calendar on the wall and a few pens scattered around. It feels like a regular Kolkata neighborhood office where everyone knows each other. We just do our thing and head home when the sun goes down.
