You can find our office inside the Mody Building, which is number 27 on Sir RN Mukherjee Road. It is an older building with a lot of character, and we have been here for a long time. At Hindusthan Engineering Industries, we deal with a lot of technical work related to the engineering sector. The road outside is always packed with people, taxis, and buses, so it is quite a contrast when you step inside our office. We have rows of desks covered in files, drawings, and ledgers. There is almost always someone on the phone discussing parts or delivery schedules with a supplier. We don't have a modern, polished office setup with glass walls or anything like that. It is just a functional space where we get our daily tasks finished. A lot of our time is spent reviewing designs and making sure our various projects are staying on track. We have a solid team of people here, many of whom have been with the company for decades. We know the industry well and we just go about our business without much fuss. The building can get a bit warm in the afternoons, but the ceiling fans keep things moving. We just take things one day at a time and focus on the work that needs to be delivered to our clients. It is a steady, no-nonsense environment for us.
