Concast Engineering Pvt. Ltd. is based at No. 21 Hemant Basu Saran. We are up on the 5th floor in rooms 511 and 512. It’s an older building, so the elevator is a bit slow sometimes, but the office itself is decent. We’ve got a lot of blueprints and engineering drawings scattered around. It’s a busy place with people coming and going for meetings or site visits. We deal with various engineering projects and have been doing so for quite some time now. The office isn't particularly stylish, it’s mostly just functional with filing cabinets and big tables for our plans. Hemant Basu Saran is a busy street, so there’s always the sound of traffic coming up from below. We don't go for flashy ads or corporate branding much. We just focus on the technical side of things. Most of our day is spent calculating or talking to contractors. It’s a lot of hard work and we take it seriously. We’ve been in these rooms for years and know all the other businesses on the floor. It’s a tight-knit kind of place. We don't use fancy mission statements, we just get the engineering work done correctly. That’s how we've always operated here and it seems to work out for everyone involved. Sometimes we stay late when a big project is due and the coffee pot stays full.
