We have been at 25A, Shakespeare Sarani for quite a while now. It's a busy spot but we like it here. Ushacomm India (P) Ltd. is basically just us working on software and comms stuff day in and day out. Most days it’s quiet, just the sound of typing and maybe someone making tea in the back. We don't really do the whole fancy office thing. The desks are a bit old and there’s always a pile of papers somewhere that needs sorting. Shakespeare Sarani has changed a lot since we started, more traffic mostly. People come by sometimes looking for tech help or to talk about a project they have in mind. We try to keep things straightforward. If we can help, we say so. If not, we don't waste your time. It is a small team here, so everyone knows everyone. We’ve had some of the same people working here for years. It’s more like a second home really. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet acts up, but we manage. We aren't some big shiny corporation with a lobby and a receptionist. You just walk in and someone will probably look up from their screen and say hello. It works for us. We just focus on the work that needs doing. We’ve seen other companies come and go on this street, but we just stay here doing our own thing.
