Prapti Total Com is situated at 14/3A Gariahat Road in the Ballygunge area. If you know South Kolkata, you know how busy Gariahat can get with all the shoppers and street vendors. Our shop is right in the middle of all that noise and energy. We deal with everything related to communications. Mostly it’s mobile phones, SIM cards, and various accessories like headphones or chargers. The shop isn't very big, so things can feel a bit tight when more than three people are inside at once. We spend our days helping people choose a plan or fixing a phone that won't connect to the internet properly. The walls are lined with different gadgets and cables in various colors. We don't do anything fancy here, just basic service for the local crowd. Sometimes we sit outside on the stool when it's quiet, watching the trams and cars go by on the main road. It’s a very old part of the city and the building we are in has some real character to it. We’ve seen many shops come and go on this road, but we’ve stayed put for a long time. People come to us because we are convenient and they know they can find us easily among the stalls. There is no corporate vibe here, just us trying to keep people connected. We open early and stay until the market starts winding down for the night.
