Star Powerz Human Resource Pvt Ltd is up on the third floor of Park Centre, which is right on Park Street at number 24. Park Street is always buzzing, so being in the middle of it means there is never a dull moment. Our office is where we spend our time looking through resumes and talking to people who are looking for work. It’s a regular office setup with desks, computers, and a small waiting area for people coming in for interviews. Since we are on the third floor, it’s a bit quieter than the street level, but you can still hear the city sounds if you open a window. We don't use any fancy software to talk to people; we just prefer having a real conversation to see what they are looking for. The building is an older one, so it has that solid feel to it. We see a lot of different people every day, all coming from different backgrounds and looking for various kinds of jobs. It keeps us on our toes. Park Street has so many places to eat and shops to visit, so our lunch breaks are usually quite interesting. We aren't a massive firm with hundreds of employees; we are a smaller team that just works hard to match people with the right roles. It’s busy, sometimes a bit messy with all the paperwork, but it’s good work.
