Usha Engineering Works

We’ve been here in Pathardei for a while now. Most people around Ziradei know where Vidyasagar Singh’s place is, and that is where we set up Usha Engineering Works. It is not a fancy office or anything like that. It is just a practical workspace where we get things done every day. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty with all the metal work, but that is just how it goes in a workshop. My father started things off and now we just keep the machines running as they should. We deal with whatever comes through the door. It might be a small repair or something bigger that needs fixing. People from around Siwan come by when they have a problem with their equipment. We do not have a big team, just a few of us who know how to handle the tools. If you are looking for us, just ask for the shop near the village road. It is easy to find if you know the area well. We start early in the morning and usually wrap up when the sun goes down. There is always something to weld or some metal to cut. We do not spend time on fancy talk or making things look pretty on paper. We just focus on the job at hand. It can be loud and noisy here, but it is honest work. We have been part of this community for years. Most of our neighbors are our customers too. Just a local shop doing what we know.
