Ultimasive Learning Solutions Private Limited is the name on the door. It’s a simple setup inside without any of those expensive decorations you see in big city firms. We focus on learning solutions, which mostly means we spend a lot of time on computers or talking to people about their training needs. The building isn't brand new, but it’s got character and it's easy for everyone to reach. We like the local vibe of the area. There are plenty of small shops nearby if we need a quick snack or some stationery. We usually get in early to beat the worst of the traffic on Raja S.C Mallick Road. The day is filled with emails, phone calls, and the occasional person walking in to ask about what we do. We try to keep things easy to understand for everyone. There’s no point in making things more complicated than they need to be. We have a small team, so everyone does a bit of everything, from answering phones to sorting out files.
