You can find our office at 4/53 Netaji Nagar, which is right in the middle of the Tollygunge-Jadavpur area. It's a pretty small and simple space. We don’t really go for anything fancy because most of our time is spent looking at documents and going through standards. We help businesses get their ISO stuff sorted out. It’s a lot of checking boxes and making sure everything is done the right way. We started this because we saw how much trouble small business owners had with all the regulations and red tape. It’s a lot of reading and writing, to be honest. Some people think it sounds boring, but we quite like the order of it. We are just a few people who know the rules well. The neighborhood around Netaji Nagar is pretty quiet compared to the main roads. We have some tea, look at the files, and talk to clients about their operations. It’s a very hands-on process. We don't have a big corporate vibe here at all. We just sit across the table from people and explain what needs to happen. Sometimes we are out visiting factories or shops, but you can usually find someone at the office during the day. We’ve been at this for a good number of years now. It’s steady work and we know the local business community quite well. It's just a regular local place for people who need help with their paperwork.
