It feels like a real local business because it is. We have a small pantry where we make tea several times a day. The humidity in Kolkata can be a lot, but we have some fans that keep the air moving. We don’t use any fancy corporate language when we talk to each other. It’s just plain English and local talk. We sit at our wooden desks and try to help people figure out their careers.
