We are based out of Shalbagan in the Raghunathpur area, which is in the Hooghly district. Our specific address is 2 Makhla Manasatala. It is a quiet place compared to the big cities, and we like it that way. We do consulting work here, mostly helping people find their way in their careers or helping small businesses figure out their staffing. We started this because we wanted to do something useful for the local community. It is not a fancy setup. We have some desks, a few chairs for visitors, and a lot of folders. The pace of life in West Bengal is a bit different, and we try to reflect that in how we work. We do not rush people. We listen to what they need and then see what we can do. Sometimes we can help right away, and other times it takes a bit of searching. We are just regular folks who live nearby. You might see us at the local market or walking down the street. We do not pretend to be something we are not. No big speeches or high-pressure tactics here. We just want to do a decent job and go home to our families at the end of the day. It has been a few years since we set up at this address, and we have made some good friends along the way. If you need us, we are usually around during the week.
