Trustklub Placement Consultancy

Our place is at 56, College Street, over in Kolkata. If you know the area, you know it’s famous for books and schools, so it’s a good spot for a placement consultancy like ours. Trustklub is the name on our door, and we’ve been here at the 700073 address for a good bit now. Most of our work is just talking to people. We have folks coming in looking for better jobs and we have companies asking us if we know anyone good for their open roles. It’s a lot of sorting through papers and trying to match the right person with the right desk. The office isn't very large, and it can get quite noisy with all the street sounds coming in from College Street. We don't use any of those fancy recruitment words you hear in big cities. We just keep it simple. Someone needs a job, we see what we have, and we try to help them out. Sometimes it works out fast and other times it takes a lot of searching. We spend a lot of time on the computer and even more time on the phone. It’s just the daily routine for us. Kolkata is a busy city and people are always looking for new opportunities, so we stay pretty occupied. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to help people get a paycheck and help businesses get their work done.
