You can find us at 57/2A, Diamond Harbour Road. It’s a big, long road that stretches out, and we are just one of the many spots along it. Tripartite India Limited has been based here for quite some time. The traffic can be a nightmare during rush hour, so we all try to get in early. Our office is a bit more formal than some, but it’s still a place where people can feel comfortable. We have a reception area with a few old magazines and some chairs. The actual work happens in the back rooms. We have a lot of windows, but they mostly look out at the road. It’s interesting to watch the world go by from up here. We have a small team of people who have been with us for years. We know each other's families and what we like to eat for lunch. It feels more like a small community than a corporation. We deal with various projects across India, but this office on Diamond Harbour Road is our home base. We don't have any fancy slogans or mission statements on the walls. We just have a clock and some maps. It’s a practical space for practical work. We like the rhythm of the day here. It’s predictable and steady. That is just the way Tripartite India Limited operates, and it has worked for us so far.
