Working out of Marquis Street is usually a busy experience every single day. We are based on the first floor of the Elegant Central building, specifically in Suit 5B. The office isn't particularly large but it serves its purpose for our team. We’ve been here for quite a while now, and the walls are covered with old calendars and some charts we haven't moved in years. Getting up the stairs is usually the better option because the lift is often slow or busy with people from the other floors. Most of our time is spent just getting the paperwork sorted and making sure the export side of the business is moving along as it should. We have some decent enough neighbors in the building who we say hello to in the hallway. It gets pretty loud outside because of the street traffic and the constant horns, but after a few months, you just stop noticing it. The light in 5B is actually quite nice in the early mornings before the sun gets too high over the buildings. We keep a small electric kettle in the corner for making tea during our short breaks. Sometimes we end up staying late when the files pile up or there's a delay with a shipment. It’s just a regular, functional workplace with basic desks and computers. We deal with the usual logistics and export stuff that comes with a company like this. It’s mostly about tracking files and staying on top of the daily schedule without getting too stressed.
