Total Solutions Group

Total Solutions Group is located at 52 Ghola Road in the Belghoria area of Kolkata. We’ve been at this address for a long time, and the building has definitely seen a lot of history. It’s a bit of a walk from the main station, but once you get here, you’ll find us easily enough. Our office is a practical space. We don't have any of those modern glass partitions or bright neon lights. It’s mostly just grey metal desks and chairs that have been moved around a hundred times. We handle all sorts of different tasks, which is why we went with the name Total Solutions. If someone in the neighborhood has a problem they can't figure out, they often end up coming to us. The street outside, Ghola Road, is always packed with rickshaws and vendors, so it’s never quiet. We keep the windows open for the breeze, even though it brings in the noise. Sometimes the rain pours down so hard we have to shut everything up tight and it gets a bit stuffy. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to tell us how to speak. We just talk to people like they are our neighbors, because usually, they are. We have a small cupboard where we keep some biscuits and tea for when guests stop by. It’s not a fancy setup, but it’s ours, and we’ve made it work for years. We just show up, do the work, and go home.
