Topaz Impex, Inc.

We’ve been running Topaz Impex, Inc. from this spot on Ballygange Circular Road for quite some time now. Our office is up on the third floor at No. 26/3, and if you know this part of the city, you know how the traffic can get during the rush. It’s a busy area, but being on the third floor keeps things a bit quieter for us while we handle all the paperwork and coordination. Most days are spent on the phone or checking through inventory lists and shipment schedules. It’s not a fancy setup, just a practical workspace where we get things done. We deal with various goods coming in and going out, mostly focusing on the logistics and the trading side of things. Sometimes the lift acts up, so we end up taking the stairs more than we’d like, but it’s just part of the routine here. The neighborhood has changed quite a bit over the years, but we’ve stayed put in this building. We keep our files organized and try to stay on top of the daily grind without making too much of a fuss. It is mostly about keeping the operations steady and making sure our partners get what they need when they expect it. There are usually a few of us here handling different parts of the work, from tracking orders to managing the accounts. We don't really do big advertisements or anything like that; we just focus on the task at hand and move through the week.
