We are located in Jindal Towers on Dagra Road. It's a standard office building in Kolkata. We’ve been operating Sumeru India from this floor for a while now. Dealing with different types of supplies and paperwork takes up most of our time. Kolkata is a crowded city, and getting to the office can be a bit of a commute for some of us, but we make it work. We handle a lot of phone calls and emails throughout the day. It’s mostly just us sitting at desks, making sure the logistics and the orders are moving along like they should. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s just a functional space where we get the job done. Sometimes the tea guy comes around and that’s the highlight of the afternoon. We focus on the industrial side of things mostly. It’s not always exciting, but it’s steady. We have a small team here. Everyone knows each other. We try to stay organized, even when the paperwork starts piling up on the desks. If someone calls with a question about a shipment, we look it up in the files. It's practical work. We’ve been in West Bengal for a long time and understand how the local market moves. We don't use big words or try to sound like a giant corporation. We’re just a private limited company doing our bit every day. We usually head home once the sun goes down and the traffic settles.
