Operating out of our space in Mohanpur, Barrackpore has been our daily routine for quite a while now. It is a pretty straightforward setup where the focus is on food and industrial work without any of the fancy bells and whistles you see in big cities. You can find the building in the 700121 area, and that is where most of our daily activity happens. Most mornings start early when the trucks arrive. There is always a lot of loading and unloading going on in the yard. While it is not the quietest place to work because of the machinery, everyone here has gotten used to the hum of the equipment by now. Our team is mostly made up of local people who live just a short walk away. This makes the whole place feel more like a community than just some corporate office. A lot of time goes into checking the quality of the batches and making sure the packaging is done right before anything leaves the gate. Over in the corner, the office consists of some old desks where we keep track of the orders and paperwork. Having a big polished front isn't something we care about because we are usually too busy getting the actual work done. When it gets humid in the summer, we just keep the fans going and push through. We are just a group of people trying to do a solid job and keep things moving.
