Shristhi Abha Foods

We are located at 19 Komendan Bagan Lane, which is over in the 700016 area of Kolkata. Our setup is on the second floor. It’s a busy little lane, like most places in this part of the city. We do all our food work here. Shristhi Abha Foods isn't a massive factory or anything like that. It’s just a regular kitchen space where we prepare things every day. Sometimes the stairs feel a bit long when we are carrying supplies up to the second floor, but you get used to it after a while. The smell of cooking is always around. We don't have a fancy storefront with big lights. Most of our neighbors are just regular families or other small businesses. We’ve been in this spot for a bit now, and we know the rhythms of the lane. When the rain comes, the street gets a bit flooded, but we just keep working upstairs. It’s a lot of manual work, chopping and mixing and packing. We don't use big fancy machines for everything. A lot of it is done by hand because that’s just how we started doing it. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy letters. We just focus on the food and making sure the containers are filled right. It's just a simple Kolkata business.
