You can find us at Tirupati Pharma on the third floor of the building at 55 Canning Street. We’re in Block A, which is right on B. R. B Basu Road. Since we are on the 3rd floor Block A on B. R. B Basu Road, it can be a bit confusing if it’s your first time visiting. The elevator is often acting up, so we end up taking the stairs more than we’d like. Downstairs is always crowded with people and traffic, but once you get up to our floor, it’s a bit quieter. We handle a lot of different pharmaceutical items here. The space is filled with tall metal shelves and rows of boxes. We’ve been in this spot for quite some time. It's an old building, so the walls have some cracks and the windows are a bit small. We spend most of the day answering the phone and writing down orders from various clinics and shops. It gets quite hot in the afternoons, so we keep the fans running constantly. Everyone here knows the routine by now. We check the expiry dates, pack up the boxes, and wait for the couriers to come by. There’s always a stack of invoices on the desk that needs sorting. It’s a busy part of the city, and parking is almost impossible, so we usually just walk or take the bus. We don’t have any fancy displays. It’s just a working office and a storage area where we get things done.
