We are over on Clive Ghat Street. Specifically, we're in Sagar Estate on the 5th floor. We've got two units there, Unit IV and Unit IX. It’s an old building, but it’s got some character to it. Being near the G.P.O. is handy for the mail. Tijiya Engineering Pvt. Ltd. has been operating out of this spot for a while. The elevators can be a bit slow in the morning, which is annoying when you're running late. Inside, it's mostly computers and technical drawings. We do a lot of engineering work. It’s not flashy. Just desks, some old filing cabinets, and people drinking tea. The view from the 5th floor isn't much, just other buildings and the street below. Clive Ghat Street is always crowded. You hear the horns all day long. We've got a small team here. Most of us have been together for years. We handle projects as they come in. It’s a lot of calculating and checking specs. We try to keep things simple. Sometimes the power goes out, but we have a backup generator. It’s a bit cramped with all the files everywhere. We just get through the pile of work on our desks. The windows are a bit grimy because it's hard to clean them that high up. We have a lot of old manuals on the shelves that nobody looks at anymore. That’s just how it is for us.
