If you head down to 10/1/1B Nepal Bhattacharjee Street in Kolkata, that’s where you’ll find Three Dots Consultancy. It’s a classic South Kolkata street, a bit narrow and always full of life. Our office is tucked away in an older building that has a lot of that typical charm you find in this part of West Bengal. It’s not a modern glass tower, but it has high ceilings and big windows that let in some air. We’ve got our desks set up in a way that lets us talk to each other without having to get up. It’s a consultancy, so there’s a lot of thinking and discussing going on throughout the day. We usually have a pot of tea going, especially in the afternoons when things slow down just a tiny bit. The neighborhood is great because everything you need, from stationery to snacks, is just a short walk away. Sometimes it’s a bit noisy with the traffic and people outside, but you get used to it after a while. We don't have any flashy signs or a big marketing budget. Most of our work comes from people who know us or have heard about us through word of mouth. It’s a very human way of doing business. We value the relationships we have with the people we work for. It’s a quiet, steady kind of place where we just focus on doing our best with every project that comes through.
