The Inception

We started The Inception right here on Deshbandhu Road in Jadavpur a few years back. It’s a busy spot in Kolkata, and we liked the vibe of the neighborhood. Mostly, it’s just a few of us working out of this small office at 13/2. Furniture isn't fancy here and we don’t have a big lobby with coffee machines. It’s just desks, computers, and a lot of paperwork piled up on every surface. People usually find us when they need help getting things sorted out. Kolkata can be a bit chaotic, and Jadavpur is no different with the traffic and the constant noise outside. Fans stay running high during the humid months to keep us from melting. Sometimes the internet acts up, but we manage to get by. Huge companies that forget your name aren't our style. If you stop by, you’ll probably see us just drinking tea and staring at screens for hours. It is surprisingly quiet inside despite the busy road right outside the door. Focusing on the tasks at hand and trying to get home before the evening rush becomes too much is the daily goal. There isn’t much to say about us other than we work hard and live locally. Living locally helps us know the shops and the people around here pretty well. Every day is just regular office work in a regular neighborhood. Speeches and fancy events aren't things we do. Showing up, working, and closing shop is enough for us.
