If you are looking for us at Tatatele Servises Ltd., we are over at 8, Centralroad, in Flat no. 6. This is in the Jadavpur area of Kolkata, which is always full of life and a bit of noise from the street. Being in a flat means we get a little bit of a view of the neighborhood, though mostly it’s just other buildings and the busy road below. We handle various service-related tasks here, mostly focused on the telecommunications side of things. It’s a lot of technical talk and fixing issues that come up for people in the city. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we keep our tools and paperwork organized. We spend a lot of time on the phone or staring at screens to make sure everything is running like it should. Jadavpur is a great spot to be because it’s easy for people to reach us, even if the traffic on Centralroad can be a headache during rush hour. We’ve had some long days here, especially when something goes wrong with the network and everyone is calling at once. We just take it one step at a time and try to stay on top of the list. There’s no fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s just a working office where we drink too much tea and try to keep the systems working for the folks who rely on us.
